Academic Team

The strength of our school lies in its well structured academic framework, designed to meet the needs of students at every stage of their educational journey. To ensure systematic learning and focused attention, the school is divided into four departments:

Kindergarten Department (LKG & UKG)

At this foundational stage, children are introduced to the joy of learning through play, storytelling and hands on activities. Teachers nurture curiosity, creativity, and basic social skills while laying a strong groundwork in literacy and numeracy.

Primary Department (Classes 1 to 4)

This stage focuses on building essential skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic while gradually introducing subjects like science, social studies, and languages. Teachers encourage independent thinking, good study habits, and values that help shape the child’s character.

Middle School Department (Classes 5 to 7)

In middle school, students are guided to strengthen their academic base and explore subjects in greater depth. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving, practical learning, and the development of critical and analytical skills. Teachers also work to identify individual talents and interests, supporting holistic growth.

High School Department (Classes 8 to 10)

At the high school level, students are prepared for board examinations as well as for future academic and career paths. Teachers provide structured guidance, practice, and mentoring, while also focusing on values, discipline, and confidence building to prepare students for life beyond school.

Each department is led by a Supervisor, who coordinates with the team of teachers to ensure smooth functioning and academic excellence. Every class has a dedicated Class Teacher who not only maintains detailed student records but also acts as a mentor, ensuring the well being, discipline, and overall development of the students.

This structured system ensures that every child receives personalized attention, consistent guidance, and age-appropriate learning experiences, helping them grow into confident, responsible, and capable individuals.
